Alcohol: The Biology, Chemistry, and Pharmacology

Duke scientists gave a workshop for high school biology and chemistry teachers (via distance learning) on the biology & chemistry of alcohol. Teachers participated in the training to use the Alcohol Pharmacology Education Partnership (APEP) in their classrooms. This video covers the major biology and chemistry concepts with respect to alcohol found in the APEP website. It is quite helpful.
