12.2007 Nanovideo captures motion of RNA molecules in 3-D. Using domain elongation and measurements of NMR RDCs, we have constructed a dynamical trajectory in 3D for two helices in an RNA molecule.

02.2006 New method reveals how RNA ‘jiggles and wiggles’. We introduce a domain-elongation strategy for decoupling motional modes in RNA. This allowed us to expose previously unseen motional modes in RNA that play key roles in adaptive recognition.
