Players to Watch at the 2016 Men’s Olympic Football Tournament.

Germany

Germany is full of players that have to potential to do great things at the 2016 Olympics.

Lets start with Mario Götze

Starting for both the German National team as well as FC Bayern Munich, Götze is considered by many to be one of the best young players in the game today. Götze has already won a jaw dropping amount of accolades including the UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship Golden Player in 2009, two Fritz Walter Medals, Bundesliga Young Player of the Year in 2010, Tuttosport Golden Boy in 2011, 2 FIFA World Cup man of the match awards in 2014, and several others.

The Germans are not limited to one young player to watch. Another to keep an eye on is Matthias Ginter.
Matthias Ginter has won two Fritz Walter Medals and currently plays center back for both the German National Football team and Borussia Dortmund. I predict he will be an oppressive force on the German defense.
