We are pleased to introduce Colleen Tuzzolino, MBA, SPHR-SCP, who joins the Orthopaedic Central Administrative Team as our HR Manager. Special thanks to John McCall who has done a great job of managing these functions until we could recruit and onboard Colleen.

Colleen received her undergraduate degree in the great state of Maine and has her MBA from Meredith College. Colleen has worked at Duke for 9 years. Prior to joining our Department, she was an HR Generalist in Duke Primary Care, where she was described as “disciplined” and as someone who is “accountable and gets the job done” with a focus on Employee Relations, Compensation, Recruiting, and HR Information Systems.

Outside of work, Colleen says she spends far too much time with her rescued dog primarily at dog parks, hiking, and at agility courses.  When time allows, she also loves rollercoasters, traveling and photography.
