The new MPS in 006 Bostock is officially open! Come see us in our new location near the Link in the lower level of Bostock.

The Old Chem branch of the Multimedia Project Studio is now permanently closed.

The MPS in West Campus has a Video Recording and Conferencing Room available to use for High-Definition Video Conferences and Video Capture Sessions. To use the space, you must request a reservation from the MPS Reservations Form per the policies below:

• Reservations can only be made during staffed hours. During the semester, our hours are Sunday - Thursday, noon to midnight, and Friday noon to six pm. However, schedules are subject to change, so the best way to ensure a staffer will be available is to check our live schedule.
• The room will be locked at all times when not in use. If you have a confirmed reservation, see the consultant on duty when you arrive to have them open the room for you.
• Reservations are limited to 4 hours per session, and no more than 2 sessions per week.
• We will respond to all requests within two business days.

We’ve started a new listserv – mpsannounce@duke.edu. We’ll use it for regular but infrequent critical notifications like unplanned outages or significant changes to our services. Feel free to subscribe via Sympa here.
