Recent findings from the HBNRP were presented last week at the annual meeting of the Society for Research on Nicotine and Tobacco in Baltimore, MD. Dr. McClernon gave a talk on recent data identifying brain structure correlates of smoking cessation outcome. In addition, posters were presented on 1) the effects of quitting smoking on withdrawal symptoms in smokers with ADHD and 2) neural correlates of decision making in the context of smoking withdrawal.
