We have recently updated our HCS technology with a ThermoFisher CX5 HCS platform to provide image-based quantitative phenotyping in high-throughput. The CX5 enables quantitation of cellular morphology using user-friendly analysis templates that are easily modified to suit the specific assays needed. The CX5 can multiplex up to five different fluorescent assays, as well as acquire label-free images in brightfield.

The CX5 system is integrated with robotic plate handling and barcode technology for automated image acquisition and analysis enabling walk-away high-throughput functionality. For more information on the CX5, please visit: CX5
