We had a great time at today’s Walk for the Animals at Duke’s East Campus!

We don’t quite understand why the people like to take pictures of us, but we will cooperate.

Much to Dooley’s consternation, our morning walks have been filled with feline encounters as of late.

One cat, in particular, has been especially friendly and is a favorite of Jahna’s. We have taken to calling this cat by the code name “Popcorn,” so as not to excite the Scotties too much when we discuss it.

On one recent morning, Emerson got to interact with Popcorn, up close and personal.

Ben and Dooley have a certain connection. They both love to run. They are like twins!

“But Mom, I’m a big dog!”

Welcome to the new site of Emerson, Angus and Dooley, three of the sweetest, most handsome, charming and wonderful Scottish terriers in the known universe. (We are also very modest.)

Now that we have our very own web space, we are looking forward to “dog-blogging” about our adventures — from our favorite treats and daily dog walks around the neighborhood to our occasional encounters with visiting white-tailed deer, school buses, and C-A-T-s.
