		<description><![CDATA[I work at a middle school in a small rural town in northern california. There is a substantial percentage of children that show signs of psychopathy, callous, unemotiional traits. Several of which are moderate to severe. There are employees here that actually fear for their safety. There are several one on one adult aids, who&#039;s only job is to follow these individuals around and try to prevent them from causing serious damage. The reason these  kdis are here,-- money, grants to the school and school district to oversee these problem children who in the past would never be permitted in a main stream public school.]]></description>

More than the old Soviet Union and more than Communist China.  This should reveal, to even a casual observer, that there is something seriously wrong in this country.]]></description>
