Section A. Executive Governance

The organization shall be made up of members and shall be governed by the Executive Board. The President shall have primacy followed by the Vice President and then equally distributed among the other members of the Executive Board.

Section B. Executive Board Structure

The Executive Board shall be made up of the President, the Vice President, the Executive Secretary, the Director of Finances, two Directors of Programming, two Jabulani Chairs, two Advocacy and Education Chairs, the Community Outreach Chair, and the Publication and Archives Chair.

Section C. Cabinet

The President shall have a Cabinet of appointed members that will advance his or her goals and vision for the organization. The Cabinet shall be governed exclusively by the President and may seek advice from the Executive Board.
