Marissa is a junior majoring in Biomedical Engineering. She learned about DEID during Blue Devil Days, and couldn’t wait to join her freshman year. She loves that DEID focuses on designing sustainable engineering solutions based on community needs, and she had a great time traveling to Honduras in the summer of 2015!
