02/15/2008 JDTI 1.5 has some bug fixes and is now compatible with ImageJ versions 1.38 x and higher. We have modified the implementation of thresholding. JDTI 1.5 makes optimum use of the available CPU units by doing parallel processing. This is designed to achieve a speedup proportional to the number of processors on your system. Bugs fixed: 09/25/2006 1. In the JDTI version 1.1, while creating FAMask, there was a problem in the way the thresholding was done. This has been fixed in JDTI version 1.2. 2. In JDTI version 1.1, the proper scale was not being used when converting a 32-bit image to 8-bit. This has been fixed in JDTI version 1.2.
