Paul, Emanuel

Paul (b. 1904) performed on violin, saxophone, and banjo, learning to play in a church orchestra in New Orleans. He had a long professional career on all three instruments playing with T-boy Remy, the Eureka Brass Band, and Kid Thomas. (See Al Rose and Edmond Souchon, New Orleans Jazz: A Family Album, p. 97)
